1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Regrow International (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 08/05/26 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 16/04/26 (“Competition Period”).

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom and Europe only. For the avoidance of doubt, “Europe” refers to the European continent.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• This competition is open to new email subscribers only. Individuals who were subscribed to the Promoter’s email list prior to the competition start date are not eligible to enter via the email subscription method.
• Entrants who enter via the email subscription method must remain subscribed to the Promoter's email list at the time the winner is drawn to be eligible to win.
• Entrants who enter via social media methods (following the Promoter’s account and/or tagging friends) must be following the Promoter’s official Instagram or Facebook account at the time the winner is drawn to be eligible to win.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter, each counting as one (1) separate entry:

1. Submit a valid email address via the official Meta Lead Form during the Competition Period.
2. Like the competition post and comment on the Promoter's official Instagram or Facebook account (@regrowinternational).

Each method increases the entrant’s chances of winning. A maximum of two (2) entries per person applies.Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner from the United Kingdom or Europe will receive a 6-Month REGROW Pack, valued at £154.55, consisting of a complete 3-step routine — shampoo, conditioner and tonic — available in either the Women's or Men's formulation.

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.The Promoter will cover standard shipping costs within the United Kingdom and Europe only.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address or private messenger provided at entry within 7 days of the competition closing.If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry actions and to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

10. Data Use

By entering, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Regrow International.
