SHAMPOO: Gently work a dollop of shampoo into wet hair, massaging from scalp to ends, then rinse.

CONDITIONER: Gently work a dollop of conditioner into wet hair, massage from scalp to ends. Leave in for 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing out.

HAIR HEALTH TONIC: Use 5 – 7 sprays on the top of a clean dry scalp from temple to crown once daily, massage in, comb through and allow to dry naturally.

BEST HAIR PRODUCT
Honestly - my hair hasn't felt better ever. i used to do no-poo because i don't like putting random chemicals in my hair, but Regrow uses great stuff. E.g. i heard Andrew Huberman talking about saw palmetto as a hair growth ingredient, and regrow has that + way more. Give it a try
