1. Apply Shampoo
Distribute your REGROW Shampoo evenly through your hair and onto the scalp.

2. Gently Massage with the Brush
Take your silicone scalp massage brush and place it directly on your scalp, starting at the front hairline.
Apply gentle pressure and use circular motions, working in small sections across your scalp.

Massage for 1–2 minutes to help stimulate circulation and thoroughly cleanse the scalp.

3. Focus on Trouble Areas
Spend extra time on areas prone to:

• Oiliness
• Product build-up
• Dryness

This helps target specific scalp concerns and improve overall scalp health.

4. Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse your hair and scalp completely to remove all shampoo residue.

5. Condition Your Hair
Apply REGROW Conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.

6. Finish Your Routine
Rinse out conditioner thoroughly, then apply REGROW Intensive Hair Serum or Hair Tonic directly to the scalp to support your hair growth routine.
